Waller Capital Expands

New York, NY

Waller Capital Corporation is pleased to announce the expansion of its New York office with the addition of Ian Crowe and Andrew Kessler.

Until recently, Crowe was Vice Chairman of TD Securities in the U.S. and ran its Media and Communications Group. In this capacity he was responsible for TD’s corporate and investment banking business development efforts and client relationship management for media and communications companies. TD has, for over 20 years, been recognized as a leader in arranging finance for and providing advice to media and communications companies in the U.S.

Crowe is joining Waller Capital as Senior Managing Director and will have both management and business development responsibilities.

Prior to joining Waller, Kessler was a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division. He spent five years in the Media Group focusing on the cable and broadband sectors in both New York and London and managed a wide variety of relationships. Kessler is joining Waller Capital as Vice President and will focus on execution of M&A transactions and client coverage.

“After a lull in deal activity in 2002, we are now seeing renewed interest from both strategic and financial buyers particularly in the cable TV sector. Both Ian and Andrew have extensive experience in the media and telecom space and their addition better positions Waller Capital to play a major role in the continued consolidation in these sectors.” said John W. Waller, III, Chairman of Waller Capital.
