Waller Capital Advises New Wave Communications on its Acquisition of Charter Assets

New Wave Communications (“New Wave”) announced that it has closed its purchase of certain cable television systems in Southern Illinois and Kentucky from Charter Communications (Nasdaq: CHTR). The systems acquired by New Wave represent approximately 115,000 RGUs, including 76,000 analog video, 26,000 digital video customers and 13,000 high-speed Internet customers.

Waller Capital served as financial advisor to New Wave in the acquisition of these properties.

New Wave is a cable television provider primarily in small and mid-sized communities in the Midwest and Southeast United States that offers a wide range of products including cable television, high speed data services and telephone service. NewWave is headquartered in Sikeston, Missouri.
