New York, NY Waller Capital announced the August 30 closing of a $20,000,000 placement of Senior Unsecured Notes for Blue Ridge Cable Technologies, a subsidiary of Pencor Services. The proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt, general corporate purposes, including the Company’s continued investments in its cable, publishing and broadcasting divisions.
